The Brookfield and District Community Award

 

The Brookfield Show Society established a ‘Brookfield & District Community Award’ in 2007 to to acknowledge an outstanding local individual.

The selection panel  gives regard to the nominee’s achievements in the year immediately prior to the receipt of the award, as well as his/her past achievements and ongoing contribution to the Brookfield & district community. The key selection criteria are:

• demonstrated excellence in their field
• significant contribution to the Brookfield & district community
• an inspirational role model for the Brookfield & district community
• a local hero demonstrating a significant contribution at community level
